Can anyone speak about the validity of either of these companies? My family is in a quick fix and I've never done these internet PDLs but we are weighing all our options to avoid eviction.

are you late in your mortgage and how late are you?i quick fix as in ipdl's is no quick fix.if you aren't late or haven't been late talk to your mortgage company.see what they can do.trust me pdl's are not going to solve anything.the quick fix will end up costing you big time in the end.try to find another way if possible.
