i'm the one who deleted your soapbox preaching about how great the pdl's are.so now that you know that let's tackle your question.if this pdl takes three 90.00 payments on a 300.00 loan, and based on the fact that you are in NY.you would technically owe 30.00 to this pdl.not 470ish.we do advocate paying the principle on what was borrowed, but yes if a state prohibits pdl's or a pdl isn't licensed then they get the principle borrowed.which is what they are entitled to.nothing more.
misunderstood SORRY i wasnt saying they are great. sorry for
misunderstood SORRY
i wasnt saying they are great. sorry for the misunderstanding. i was mainly trying to say
i was trying to understand. i didnt get the "we do advocate paying the principle on what was borrowed, but yes if a state prohibits pdl's or a pdl isn't licensed then they get the principle borrowed"
i was merely interested as to why people would agree to something *if they werent tricked* and then not want to pay in full.
honestly
i dont understand how i was "soapbox preaching* sorry im only 22 that one flew over my head.
they are great for me. that is what im saying and im sure im not the only one. yea sure they are horrible to others but
whats good for one isnt always good for another. after all but who knows maybe usfastcash will screw me over. thats what i have this forum for. i love you guys heck i found out about payd********* and usfstcah from here i made a seperate bank account and everything just to use for them. they screw up its gone like that*snap*
again i was just trying to say that and didnt realise that you guys advocated paying back the principal only. doesnt really say that on a sticky prolly should though something like.
*payback your original amount but caution on the fees they may be illegal in your state* something like that or did i miss that?
oh wait if they are illegal can the charge you interest if you r

if you wish to get technical,if an illegal pdl lends in a state where pdl's are prohibited or have no license to lend.you really don't have to pay them a dime.this forum advocates paying back if you borrow, but you seem to be one of very few that has good experiences with ipdl's.most myself included have had way more than the loans worth debited in fees alone.attempts to call,e-mail,or fax anything to pay the loan off are met with indifference, stonewalling, and pretending the attempt was never made.these loans are a form of financial indentured servitude.the terms are ridiculous.you can never contact anyone to pay the loan on any payday, and lord help you if you miss one payment.yes you have been lucky.that doesn't mean a lot to people who have been harrased to tears by illegal pdl's.i took your post as soapbox preaching.
ok ty sorry for the umm insult. i didnt mean to be umm argumenta

Their 2006 report Financial Quicksand argued that these loans catch consumers in a ???????debt trap, which results in the typical payday borrower paying back $793 for a $325 loan.
