Why would I get this response every time

I tried to email the BBB about a couple of complaints each time I marked a return reciept and I got this response UNTIL I put in attachment form? Any ideas any one?

The whole black listed by unitedcashloans.com has me wondering!


Actually that was the message when I sent it to the BBB. My other emails would go through to them, however the one about United Cash would not go through. That is what I thought was strange.
