After sending emails to the above companies about wanting to make final payments to them with money orders, I sent an email to the Better Business Bureau and cc'd all of them in separate emails. I had told them earlier that I needed physical addresses and never heard anything.
I guess my next step is to file complaints. One company wrote back and said that I needed a letter from my bank stating that my account was closed.

I doubt they need a letter that your account is closed. I am sur
I doubt they need a letter that your account is closed. I am sure they have tried to do a ACH withdrawl and they know it is closed. I think they just want to get your bank information and try and debit a new account if you have one there.
