Pay day loan yes and First National Service

Our office has not issued a license to "First National Service" in the State of South Carolina to make any type of loans. As you know, they are not allowed to take wage assignments in this state or to make loans without a license. Title 34 Chapter 29 section 20 states that "any contract of loan, the making or collection of which violates subsection of this section shall be void and this lender shall have no right to collect, recieve or retain any principal, interst or charges whatsoever except in the case of bona fide error." Ms. Smith can take this matter up with the local magistrate by asking the court to rule on this matter.

I have sent them a C&D as well as countless emails and they will do what they want.
For over 2 months, they called me at work almost every day.
They leave the same old voicemail messages every time.
You would think by now that they would take the hint.
They will go away-it just takes time and patience.
