Can anyone tell me what happens after the 60 day waiting period (after the credtor meeting) is up ? How long until the bankruptcy is discharged and do I have to do anything else?

Provide there are no objections at the 341 meeting, your bk is discharged in 2-4 months....if kind of varies by state. Unless the trustee asks for something, there is nothing you have to do.

I would wait until the discharge. Legally, the date the petition is filed is the date that everything starts over, but techincally, the car is the property of the bankruptcy estate, and you may not have the right to sell it. It is something best discussed with your attorney.
