Can anyone help me with Centurion?

I sent the letter stating that they were not legal in AL. Got an email today from Customer Service.
She said with an internet PDL they don't have to abide by state law. She said she could offer me a settlement of half the principal - $250.00 I've already paid 1200....she said those were just loan fees.
I told her that the State of AL code says that only 1 rollover is allowed.
The loan is scheduled to rollover tomorrow...my account is closed. It will go to collections.....

If they are illegal then you don't owe anything and have way overpaid.

centurion is not going to be legal anywhere.if you paid the principle you are done.to theresa.go to shazzers sticky about illegal pdl's.that will help you every step of the way.
