Can CSO's in Texas contact your employer or come to you place of work?

T & C has told me that generally once ACE start getting the payments they will work with them but my first payment was mailed Wednesday of this week, so ACE won't see the first payment until Monday at least from T & C. The T & C rep told me also they are using scare tactics. I went last night and made a small payment on the loan to get it under $1000.00 since ACE has used the 'since it's over a $1000.00 it's a bigger offence route on me. I'm very scared. My boss is awesome and wouldn't fire me over them showing up but it still does not need to happen.
Please, if anyone has advice please, please, help. I’ve stayed in contact with all my payday loans, and everyone has been understanding except ACE. I know from reading this site scare tactics are used, and I’ve let all the other threats slide, but them coming to my work is freaking my out. Help!!!
Send them a certified letter requesting that they no longer call
Send them a certified letter requesting that they no longer call you at work or visit you place of employment. Include in the that you run the risk of termination due to thier calls and potential visits. Keep a log of all calls and/or visits. When you get the signature card back from the PO, keep it in a file and be prepared to forward copies of all information (logs, letters and sig card) via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation to the ACE Legal Dept immediately after they leave with a note explaining your original request. Keep your letter short, sweet and to the point. I am confident that the calls and visits will stop very quickly! All of these steps will cost you approximately $10.
