Hello, I found out I am on telecheck's list. I read the info on this page. is it the same as chex systems? :( i paid the checks I bounced and now i cannot write checks anywhere (i am assuming all stores use telechecks?)
I swore off all checks, but would like to have this info for the future. can anyone help me?

guidelines that TeleCheck will guarantee at this time"

i cut and pasted that off of another webpage but that was the exact same response i got

I would definitely call them and ask them why you have not been removed. generally if you pay off the debt owed to telecheck, they will remove you right away.

thanks, i called and again they said i do not have a negative ac

thanks, i called and again they said i do not have a negative account with them, i just don't meet the check writing guidelines. i feel like i cannot get anywhere with them! i do not write checks anymore but fear this will stop me from getting a new bank account (i plan to switch banks next week)
