Help has anyone dealt with them? I took out a loan with them in the amount of 300 and they have taken out over 500 now and I took a sample letter from this site and turned it into my own stating that I revoke and and ALL ach authorizations with their company,ect and I have emailed it numerous times with no response and then they debit my account two more times yesterday.

You need to close your account...now that you have sent them the letter they will continue to try and get their money back. If you can't close it then I would speak to a manager and ask for a hard debit block or at least block them from withdrawing...
