I heard that BOFA is no longer settling accounts as of this year? I owe them more than $50k? Feedback please. Thanks.

B of A offered 25% settlements on all 4 of my accounts. 2 are 120 days late and the other 2 are only 90 days late. Total balance for all cards was over $50,000. These were business accounts. I have a phone number and extension # at BofA for the representative that worked with me if someone wants it.

b of a will settle, if you are delinquent... AND you must contact the hardship department in order to get the settlement... the associates are very nice, but you will have to be willing to let them know whats going on and go over a little bit of financial information, such as income vs expenses... its uncomfortable to talk about, but its necessary paperwork on their end.. they do try to make it as pleasant as possible tho, as long as you talk WITH them, not AT them
