I am in iraq right now serving in the Army, I want to reduce my debt, what do I do to pay it off at a reduced rate?

the base should have some sort of credit counseling service. When I was in the Air Force, the Air Force had a program that they recommended to me. Might want to give it a shot.

I served in Iraq, myself. I'm in the Army Reserves. Go through your 'Chain of Command' and get some advice there. THAT WAY you'll avoid ALOT of the scams,..let's say..if you tried to get on the PC and do it yourself. I know it's difficult to 'focus' on different 'personal' issues, while serving so far away.
