I have been talking to you all about my Payday loan problems I found out that they are illegal in IL for internet.
You all have told me to contact some people though. Please someone can you tell me who all to contact again with what to send in to them? A letter? I'm not sure please help?

Illinois require Internet based pdl's to be licensed by your state, therefore they are legal as long as they are licensed to lend in the state of Illinois.
