I filed for bankruptcy which was discharged in November of 2008. I was looking at my credit report and all of my former creditors list bankruptcy except 2. They put me down as a charge off. I looked this up and now know what it is but am confused about why they did this instead of saying they were discharge. Is this something I need to have changed? Or I guess a better question is can be changed? I'm not sure what to do. Any advice?

Accounts included/discharged in a bankruptcy should be reported as such. Most likely those creditors' computer system isn't MetroII capable and can't report the CII indicator, and they never bothered to do a manual update.

You can dispute those tradelines through the bureaus, and it should be updated with the BK status.
