I have just been informed that this Company is under a Desist and Refrain Order from the State of California. I can no longer locate their website and/or phone numbers that work. I am going to ask my bank for help. Does anyone have a fax number.

1-800-707-0102 they are called spot on payday loans.

The person i spoke with was very helpful! But if you dont set up the payment to be paid in full 2 weeks after the loan they will take out up to 200% of the amount of the loan. I got 300$ and ended up paying out over 550$, But it says it in the contract when i reread it. So if i decide to use them again i will set it up to have the payment come on time to avoid the 700+% APR

Because I received a phone call from a third party debt collector M. Callaghan and Associates, who used a lot of threatening tactics, like notifying my employer that they now owe a $3,000 debt because I used my work email address, thus I would get fired from my job, etc. I did some research and found 800 for Impact Cash because I wanted to work directly with them. The young lady who answered the phone took my social security number and then came back to say that since this had already been turned over to a collection agency they would be contacting me. What in the world do I do now?

Make sure the collection agency sends you a letter of collection via the mail, and don't admit to owing a debt over the phone, you have the right to have the debt validated and should.
