Paycheck Today

Just verifying if Paycheck Today is legal in Nebraska? I took out an internet loan, they now have a company called Arm (not sure if that is what he said) calling me at work. Any thoughts? You guys have been a ton of help.

On this I sent a C and D letter via email, opened by Rick at 8:46 am on 12/24/08, I sent it on 12/23/08

It was a $400.00 loan I have made payments since June about $580.00 (off top of my head I don't have info in front of me)

According to the last time I spoke with the actual company they said it would not be paid off until March

so I don't know if Paycheck Today has now given the account to someone else to collect on or what (like I said the guy who called me at work said he was from ARM or something like that.

if i'm not mistaken PAYCHECK TODAY is part of MTE and totally illegal.ARM is an illegal bottomfeeder CA that collects for MTE.will effort the address for this CA.

I just went through the same thing recently. ARM closed my account with the help of the BBB. I basically informed them that Paycheck Today is an illegal lender not licensed in AZ and they ARM of FL was also unlicensed to collect in AZ. When ARM called I informed them of this and that I was recording their call for my AG's Office and the AZ Department of Financial Institutions.

Just tell them they are being recorded and that you need their license number they will hang up fast. Two can play their dirty game.
