you have many choices out there so read up on all of them that way you find the best one to meet your financial needs. This may be bankruptcy,debt management, debt settlement, or debt consolidation(which i really do not recommend). and there are many companies to choose from so make your decision wisely. I myself chose debt settlement and in my opinion may be your best option due to so much unsecured debt you have. you can absolutely do this on your own and there are many many posts on how to accomplish this. You can also use a company and pay them a % of what that settlement is. I myself felt better about just turning it all over to someone else.
