I am wondering if anybody has dealt with SWB Funding. This Layla person is very big A**hole. She will not listen, does not care that I sent a letter to her company revoking everthying and to stop calling me.
I took a loan for $300, To date with $90 withdrawls have paid $900. I live in Florida.

Just inform your boss and fellow workers that you are a victim of fraud and to just ignore the calls...eventually they will stop

did you secure your account before sending the letters?if so then ignore her sorry self.if not secure that account.just know that this is an illegal lender,and you did overpay.as long as your account is secured report her and this lender to your AG.then again ignore her as all she can do is call and be an ass.
