Has anyone dealt with them before? Their phone number is 855-459-6662. I had a WS/CC loan that went to collections and Delbert Services turned it over to ARS. They have been pretty relentless in calling my work and threatening to serve me with a civil suit.

according to momof three WI is taking action so report ARS,and delbert.

since all three ws/cc/delbert are basically one entity,and they are getting taken down by at least 24 states and ARS is a bottomfeeder report ARS.now what state are you in?if your state has taken action that would help,but just know the loan was illegal,and delbert assigned/sold it to a bottomfeeder.report asap.
