I have found certain information on Credit First Financial solutions: -

they called me and talked me into letting them lower my interest , for a large fee, now i'm scared

yeah...they got me too and i tried to call them today and no one is there and i called during hours!

How much did they charge you to reduce your interest rates?

They called me this morning about saving me all this money on my credit card interest rates. As I was very leary about their call, I decided to ask them to call me back so I could in the meantime try and check them out. I thank you others for sending in your letters because now I know that I will play it safe and not take their offer... I also recall getting an email about phone numbers beginning with 877 plus some other numbers. Unfortunately, I happened by these just last ngiht and decided to destroy them along with other things I have had for quite some time. I wish now that I had kept it. Be careful. The old saying goes----If it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't..

months ago i got scammed and then yest my fiance got their call and jumped in --trying to nip it in the bud

these folks called me today...I'm tempted - but what is the actual charge? I never got an actual dollar amount - only that the fees would be "absorbed" into the credit card payments...

This company is a piece of crap. They used to be called Group One and didn't make it and changed their name to Credit First. I feel sorry for the phone reps that work there because they are doing their job but they are just bodies to these people and the door is always revolving.

Don't get suckered by this company. They say there is no charge if you get qualified but there is.

the bigest problem "IS" the BBB first of any company that hasn't registered with them has a "C" rating to start off with not an"A"or "B" which meens they make you assume that a company is bad if they dont register with them and they make you pay to register "they call it due's" the truth is this company has "#0" complaints yet there rating ic a "C". you know there is a group that had the same system as the BBB there called the MOB or Mafia if you prefer except they call it protection or "extortion"!! the fact is the BBB was started by the MOB 20 years ago, its true "look it up"and is still run the same way and that is "if you pay us to let you be a member we'll protect you with an "A" rating and if you dont then we'll make you look bad" and only report the negitive info that anybody can put on there site disgrunteled exempoyies non customers and other bad info and they will keep it there untill you pay to be a member. sounds like extortion to me!! FACT: the BBB is NOT a Regulatory body is not sactioned by nor a part of ANY goverment agency and there for can say whatever they want about anyone they want unchecked and unregulated FACT: my exgirlfriend can do the same thing, that dosen't make it true or leagal they call that defimation of carector and slandor,FACT: these types of companys are very carefuly regulated by Federal, state, and local government laws and agency's and any real issue's or complaints are investigated and resolved by those agency's non of which partispat or are affiliated with the BBB! so next time your concered with a company first you should look to that company to answer the questions you might have, second the government agency's responsable for the regulation of said company and Third to you own personal leagal councel for the ansewrs and addvice on how to proceed, do Not ask people or services that clearly admit that they have no info on and No answers about the company that they so eagerly define as negitive or bad just because that company dosn't wish to talk too or enter into a relationship with some company or someone they feel may take advantage of them like the BBB does just because you dont knowabout them dosn't meen that a company is a fraud with the FTC out there and other agency's there are verry few scams left that are around for very long! unlees your the one who accualy won the the europen LOTTO like the email i just got says HAHA

this is a scam. THey tried to charge my elderly mother $695 for their service, and they wheedled her SS# and credit card password out of her on the phone.

No reputable firm would try to convince a senior citizen to give their social security number out over the phone.

i have called a bunch of times and all i get is that circuits are full no matter if i call from my mobile or landline. it seems to me its a recording. if i call after hours i get through first try. i think they are going under and are having thier phone system respond like this so they can collect on thier money and run.

duh if you call a place and every body and there mom is calling of course its going to said the lines are busy. jus like if you use your cell phone during peak hours you cant get a connect. use your brain!!!!

Never had a problem connecting on my cell anytime 24/7. Why would everybody and their mom be calling? Because they are thieves.

Telephone number 1-877-469-3461 10:00a.m.-6:00p.m. I have attempted to call this numer numerouse times. I received a voice recording saying all circuits are busy at this time. This was for approx. 2-3 hours I attempted to call and received the same message. So, judge for yourself by trying to call them on your own. Something just isn't right about this company.

I got scammed too, gave out my last 4 digtits to my SS# and Credit card # and they charged my credit card $1590. I just got the bill today and tried to call them and of course the phone # is no longer working. Scared of what else they can do with this information?

Dispute the charge with your CC company

they were shut down on feb 26th 2009. if u were charged just call your credit card company and dispute the charge they will put it back in 48-72 hours.

One more scammer down, who knows how many more to go.

This company is trash! Website is gone and phone numbers have been disconnected! What's the point? FACT: the BBB was founded in 1912, not "20 years ago", by Samuel C Dobbs originally known for the the Coca Cola Company, not the mob! FACT: there are a number of reputable companies not accredited with the BBB that still maintain a "satisfactory" rating. FACT: if the BBB does not act reasonably on behalf of a consumer, a complaint may be filed with the FTC which is a government regulatory agency! Just throwing that out there, hope it wasn't all too soon.

I too was scamed, I did not receive any information from them, I got in touch with my credit card company, they looked into it for me and the charge which was $595 was deducted from my account. I thank them for that, my computer was not working at the time, I'm relieved to see so many people reporting this company as a scam.

i have been trying to reach this company for a couple of weeks and haven't gotten in touch with anyone, now the number is disconnected. I went on the internet to find out information and found nothing. They told me that they would refund my money but haven't did so yet. I would like for they to send it to me in money order by mail and don't but it on my card. I thought this was a real company but it is nothing but a scam. They are going around ripping people off. If they don't refund my money I am going to take action against them. I didn't know they were out to scam me out of money.

I just want my freaking money back and you will never here from me again. If your number has been changed then you need to post it so me and other people can call and talk to someone and not an recording. The website does not exsit

Hi, Everyone! I got ripped off by these guys too. One thing I am thankful for is my own laziness: I never filled out the paperwork they sent me regarding my other cc and mortgage, and ... Their website is down, their number is busy, and they are nowhere to be found. But just like someone said already, call you cc and dispute the charge and you'll be OK.

This company is a ripoff. I sent them their fee and received nothing in return. If you have done so you may have to replace all your credit cards as they may have all that information. They haven't heard the last of me yet.

Back in Feb I received a call from your company and signed up
paying $795 on my credit card. I had spine surjery shortly

Ok first things first, if you have credit card debt along with high interest rates why in the world would you let a company add more debt to your card saying the fee will be absorbed? NEWSFLASH: you can negotiate with your creditor to lower your rates and anyone that tells you that you can't is a liar!!! I can't believe how many people fall for this. I understand that some are in a desperate situation but people please do the homework. Some of those programs cost in upwards of $1000. Why would you put that fee on your card when you are seeking relief? I've been in the business for five years now and I can't believe how many scams there are involving credit card debt. There are good companies out there but you really have to do the homework. Most of the companies in clearwater and largo are already shut down or will be soon. In this economy there's no reason to scam anybody. You can still make good money without having to lie to people. The debt business is a recession-proof industry and there are people like myself that truly want to help people. You need to find out whether you need debt settlement,debt management,interest rate reduction. Just because someone calls and says they can help you with debt issues does't mean that they will or the company will. The owner of the credit voice is a convicted felon and the manager too. Specialized funding just closed down in largo on 66th st. I would never knowingly tell someone something that wasn't true just to get a sale. You're dealing with people's finances number 1. What if that was you on the other end of the phone seeking some kind of relief? I do debt consulting which means I take the time to do the homework to find reputable companies and refer potential clients to them. Gotta run. Please be careful of those companies that promise interest rate reduction or debt settlement or debt management.
