How long does it usually take them to get the info to you once you've contacted them? Have you had good results with them? It seems almost too good to be true!

I also contacted T & C as well as Langhorne and I found that T & C only pays on your loans for you whereas Langhorne uses debt settlement. I found that I received more useful information from Langhorne and the debt is paid off quicker. Have you thought about doing it on your own? I've heard mixed comments on the board from both companies so I guess the choice is up to you. I would like to be able to do it on my own but I really don't want the hassle or the aggrevation of all the phone calls, especially at my place of employment. Good luck if you choose to go with T & C but I would also check out Langhorne.

I used T & C last summer. They were very nice, however their fees are pretty high (we were paying 100$ a month in fees). We ended up quitting their program, as the PDLs would not work with them and I was being threaten to go to court. I stop paying all cc's in an effort to pay off all PDLs, which I did. Now I'm trying to clean up the mess with the cc's. We considered Chapter 13, but don't won't to take the route (long story), anyway I'm thinking of using Money Management, another CCCS type company. I was going to do it myself, but I figure if any of them sue me I can show the judge a "good effort" by using a CCCS program.

I'm not sure but I know that they only do PDL's but you can give them a call. I found them to be very helpful. I'm going to start the program with them in another week. I'm sure they are out to make money too but it beats what I've been paying every two weeks on pdl's. Not only that, it will keep the company's from harassing you...all well worth it to me.
