Powell, Rogers and Speaks

Can anyone fill me in on this CA? Have recieved two very abusive phone calls from them even after I instructed them that I would only respond to paper communication and was recording their calls. Have yet to see anything in the mail from them. They present themselves as a "law firm" but when pressed can only say that they "have" attorneys on staff. Any info would be helpful on these bullies. Thank you!!

say Law suit....he is so afraid of being sued!!! he will settle with you in a heart beat...what they are doing is breaking the law...
you need to contact the Attorney General and file a complaint...
if you need a quick 10,000 grand now,then call Gene Powell sole
owner,he will cut you a check a.s.a.p...he hates lawsuites...good luck
