got a email today for payday loan yes and this is want it states.
Your payment with Payday yes has returned back to me from your bank. I can save you some money by placeing a hold on your account and stopping all finance fees. If you choose not to call me back then your balance will keep going up and we also will report you to SCAN which is a national date base of return items and thousands of retailers use this system and it will effect your ability to write checks. Please call me back today.
I was would can they do this to me with the SCAN thing

and have paid back $60 x3

what state are you in?this is an unlicensed pdl.you only owe 20.00 on this.i've never heard of SCAN.i have heard of telecheck,chexsystems,and teletrack.maybe someone can shed more light on that.i do know that this is an illegal pdl that you owe 20.00 to and can lie to try to get money out of people.

paydayloan yes is illegal,so you only owe 20.00 legally to them.i hope somebody comes along about the SCAN threat.it sounds like typical bottomfeeder BS,but i'm not sure.
