Ok, I went in today to ask about an EPP (This is my last store front that offers it) my rollover fee is due Friday. I was told that if I did not do it today (48 hours out) I would not be able to do it for another two weeks. Does this sound right? I am calling the Corporate Office tomorrow but that is not in line with CFSA Best Practices. I was unable to make it to the bank and back to the store before they closed.

If I were you, I would contact John McIntyre below with all your information ready, name & address of the store, the person you spoke with, exactly what they told you, etc. Be armed with information before you call the store front back. :)

Yup according to item #2 You must invoke the EPP by close of business on the last business day before the advance due date by returning to the office where you obtained the advance or by using whatever method you used to obtain the advance. To invoke the EPP, you must sign an amendment to your agreement reflecting the new payment schedule.

So, sounds like since you went in the 20th, you gave them enough time.

Personally, just to be a b*t.. I'd print the guidelines and hand them to them tomorrow, and tell them you want to envoke your EPP privilages.

Well as I thought the store manager was very cool towards me, he is normally very nice but the good news is I am on the plan and it starts 2/6 so I dont have to go in and pay on Jan 23. He treated me like I was a 2 year old reiterating how if I default on this new schedule my check will go right to the bank and blah blah blah. I wanted to tell him I have so much experience now with PDL's I could probably do your job better than you since I had to straighten your @ss out in regards to the rules of an EPP but I just smiled and thought to myself what an @**h***e. LOL
