Need debt help in Tennessee

We have $36K in debt and are trying to find a company to help us. Talked to Debt Remedy and Whitestar Financial but get weird vibes. Can anyone recommend a solid company? The "Companies" list for TN only has one company but the website link is bad, so maybe it is also. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thanks
