I would give them time, they will contact you eventually.

If you bank account it closed or has a hard debit block on it then just wait and they will contact you.

Most don't until the ACH is denied.

What I did is if they called me, I resent my C&D letter to them.

Sometimes this process is not as fast as we would like it to be. My motto is no news is good news. Just worry about you and move forward. Take a deep breath and congratulate yourself for being back in control of your finances. I am not sure how many legal/illegal loans you had but just focus on taking care of anything legal and put the illegal ones out of your mind.

Don't speak with them directly. If you answer and it is them. Just state the fact that you only want to be contacted via email or USPS and hang up.
