letter from CA

I recently received a letter from National Recovery Service.
I had a loan with Kenwood Services for $300 - illegal in AL since only one rollover is permitted. I paid $450 to them....so I know I've paid for the principal plus loan fee plus some.
How should I respond to the CA about the debt they say I owe $480.

send them a DV and C&D letters asap.send them certified mail return receipt.that is a bottomfeeder CA for a bottomfeeder PDL.get those letters out asap.i would file AG complaints against both CA & PDL as well.
