I some gets an eviction notice, do they have time to pay their rent before they are evicted? My daughter ran into some hard times and has ran late on her rent & got a eviction notice but has not been to court until 26th. Can she pay before then? Help please!!!

Did she get a pre-eviction notice? There should have been some sort of note left on her door by the landlord. I know that when one of my landlords started, I had 7 days to come up with the money before they would start the eviction notice. However I did come up with it.

And your post doesn't make sense. Either you got an eviction notice or your daughter did.

Sorry, it is my daughter. I don't know about a pre-eviction notice on her door. I just know about her getting a thing about small claims court. She thinks she can still pay it, but I am not sure.
