I have been paying Magnum Z since May of 2008. Yes my story is very sad and I definatelly will watch my bank account a lot closer. I at first thought the $75 that they were taking out was for some loan. Come to find out I do NOT ever remember authorizing this and if I accidentally did they are WAY WAY WAY more than paid back. Including overdrafts that they have caused, I have paid out over $2400 from my bank account to them and the overdraft fees they have taken. What can I do? How do I find out if they are illegal in Wisconsin and how do I get that money back?

The only true way to stop them is the close your account.

Wisconsin requires a lender to be licensed and I find no license for Magnum Z.

Thank you. I am REALLY glad I found this site and am continuing to read about this stuff on here. So lucky I found it. I have tried calling Magnum Z numerous times and they NEVER return my call. So will be a long struggle to try and get every dollar back over what I think I might have orignially gotten (250).

They are not going to call you back because they don't want you to pay off the loan. They want to keep taking the fee out forever.
