Hi,

There has been an issue on our forum with Google. It has been seen that there are lots of information given in our forum which are copied from other sites and pasted in our forums. Intention of the posters of these contents is to help the visitors in getting their answer.

To minimize this duplicate content issue we have already started some works and also planning to implement some: -

1. We have started to convert Quoted texts from other site to images.

2. We have started to prepare a Payday Loan state laws page where one may find every state's pdl laws.
Right now we are trying to revamp it and place all the state law information in a single page. But this will take some time to materialize.
So, I am requesting each one of you not to give pdl state information in the forum threads. Instead please give url of the state PDL page (only the first page and not specific posts or 2nd or other pages)

If you find any State's PDL law information is missing in State (http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/explain-pdls-laws.html) then just post that information as a post in this thread only and not in other forum threads.

Jason

Kscornel and Shazzers,

Sorry for answering late.

Shazzers...Yes, some of the laws mentioned in the concerned link are outdated. We are right now preparing the state page for pdl laws. It'll be in place with proper information within some days.
In case you find some outdated information for some states, then please avoid to give link to http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/explain-pdls-laws.html for those states. In such case, you may paste an image of the correct state law in the forums so that our visitors get proper information and we also can avoid the Google duplicate content issue.
But for the states that have the correct information in the page http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/explain-pdls-laws.html , you can give link to it wherever required.

Kscornel...I agree with you. We need to inform and educate our new members about this thread. But I'm not making such announcement in the pub right now. I'll post it in a few days after the State Pdl Law page gets revamped.

Stay Fit and Take Care,
Jason
