cash central is a legal lender so you will have to make every effort to make a payment arrangement with them.

Cash Central can and will pursue action against you. As stated above they are a legal licensed lender and can make your life miserable. Take care of this as soon as you can. Keep in mind owing a debt is not criminal, only civil

I had numerous PDL's extract monies out of my account. To the point that even though I begged WAMU to block them and the account they refused. Well the closed my account on Friday (01.23.09) i went to B of A tried to get account they closed it by Monday. Wells Fargo opened but... well see.. As far as cash central is concerned they at least right now are nice. And are willing to accept payments. Even keeping my account in good standing for future loans (yea right, never again). So talk to them and get a payment plan started and follow through. We'll see what happens.

I dont know about BofA but Wells Fargo uses Chexsystem and they usually do it while you are there opening the account. I am a long standing customer with BofA and recently closed two accounts with them and opened new ones at Wells Fargo. I really feel if Wells was going to deny you it would have happened that day. Good luck and keep me posted, I would like to know what happens.

Wells Fargo remains good. Direct deposit arrived this morning. WF agent even checked on it for me as well. He too as well as the Bank Manager went through some hard times and other bank problems. Are keeping a eye out for me. Of course as long as i keep my account clean.

I am happy it worked out for you, thats great. I still have an account with BofA and two with Wells Fargo so I am pleased.
