Since he makes over 80K, his lawyer told him that he should also include credit cards payments that are in my name in order to show more expenses and less ability to pay his old debt. I am not so comfortable with the idea since I have a credit score of over 800 and saying that my husband is paying for my credit cards scares me. His credit is destroyed and I don't want to jeopardize mine.
