" In 2003, the FCC ruled that it was ILLEGAL for Collection Agencys or Creditors to to use 'auto-dialer" technology to make telephone calls, and especially calls which reflect" un-known" on the recipient's caller-id.
Your firm, officers and staff are hereby placed on notice, that we retain a log of all incoming calls which are supported by our monthly telephone bills which itemizes ALL IN-COMING CALLS.
We further advise that we intend to record all in-coming calls for the purpose of QUALITY CONTROL.
In the event that you continue to call us at any number you might have on file, we will not hesitate to litigate this matter and use all accumulated records and re-cordings to support our litigation."
