Ideas needed for keeping PDL collectors at bay

I am trying to keep up with my payments but have fallen behind and trying to find out some ideas of how i can keep the PDL collectors from constantly calling and calling.

any advice in this realm would help.

What are the names of the PDL companies?

ETA: They are going to call. They want their money but if they are illegal and you have paid off the principle on the loan then you handle those differently.

Get a fax/address and send them cease and desist letters, spelling out when and how they may contact you. If only by email, then only by email. Whatever works for you.

Learning alot on how to actually solve this situation even more than just stopping the harrassing calls. I am actually looking at some of these debt solution places to see what they can do. seems like alot of people have had success with those place on this site.
