I have been calling Palisades like 10,000 times since it shows on my credit report that i have a judgement on them. But when i called them, they will just give me a number to call (which is AT&T) to settle my account. But i called at&t, they said i dont have a judgement on the account. So i called back palisades again, the next operator said i dont have any judgement..

They are really confusing... I dont have any time for this crap since i'm time pressured on getting a home loan. They cant give me a itemized letter stating that theres no judgement... :x :x

Do you have a debt with AT&T? I am dealing with Palisades on a paid in full debt that they are reporting as being settled. During the investigation of all of this mess, I found that they HAD sent paperwork into the courts in the county where I used to live, but then they voluntarily dismissed the case. But the debt was still showing, and they could not explain why they voluntarily dismissed the case. Come to find out, they often file, voluntarily dismiss, but then still place "judgement" on your credit report to make it look legit. I wonder if it has something to do with trying to avoid having to properly serve someone? Good luck, I hate Palisades! They are complete jerks there. I would send a debt validation to them, and get them to send you something saying there is no judgement. Get each and every persons name that you talk to there, date and time of the call you make, it could all come in handy in the future depending on what they end up doing.
