has anyone ever gotten a refund from them? I paid about 1500.00 on a 300.00 loan. Filed a complaint with the BBB which they ignored. Also filed a complaint with the AG.

I have not received one refund from any of my lenders however, some did send a PIF so I was happy. There have been other members who received refunds from different lenders so it can happen but I am not sure BIG was one of those companies
