also i received a summons to appear in court and i looked up the debt collectors in the bbb and their secondary address happens to be that of the attorney they say is representing them. is this normal? sorry not sure how to use my same name so i have to keep changing it.

Ok thanks alot for that. One more question how do i find out about a lawyer the lawyer that is representing the CA gave out a po box number as their address and their phone number is a secondary phone number for the CA. There is no law firm name on the summons just the name of the lawyer that is representing the CA.

They give no info. and are extremely beligerant over what they say is an $800.00 debt from a Payday loan co. in 2006 - doesn't exist. How do they gather their information - I don't get it...
