Thanks, I did take out a loan with Paydayloan yes. I had a very bad experience with them and have paid the loaned amount back. When I refused to pay more and sent quite a nasty note to them they stopped contacting me. I see they have resurfaced with a new name.

Yes, unfortunately many of these pdl's resurface with different names as well as different locations. :?

I'm pretty sure they are making loans under both names, rather than merely changing names. A lot of lenders have multiple dba's so they can make more money off each borrower without the borrower even knowing who they really are.

I had a loan with Payday Loan Yes. I don't remember how long it was after I first took the loan , but I got a soliciting phone call asking me if I would be interested in another loan. At the time I needed money and said yes. It was from their sister company, Fast Cash.
All I did was send them a voided check and copy of my pay statement and the next day the money was in my account.
The only screw-up on their end was that I NEVER signed a loan agreement.
When I would log into Payday Loan Yes to request an extension, I would automatically then be redirected to Fast Cash if I also wanted to extend that loan too.
I never went onto Fast Cash to sign any loan agreement.
I look it as their loss, not mine.
