Well its tax time and the calls began again

I received a call from 866-504-7548. I forgot the company name but I was told that they were filing papers with my county. If anyone has any information on this number can you please provide it. Apparently my account was sold to yet another CA and until I get the offer I am looking for, I will continue with my letters and filing with my AG. I am only paying principle, nothing else. The can go eat dirt about the fees they want to tack on- I've paid enough of those.


this is a bottomfeeder deluxe.they specailize in illegal pdl collections.do as nohiogal advises.they tried that stuff with me too.they back down real fast when AG'S come a calling.

The only PDL who's still bothering me is UnitedCashLoans. There for a while they left me alone but lately I've been receiving the recorded messages. Probably because it IS tax time? I remember last year when it was time to receive the "stimulous checks" I received e-mails and calls from PDLs' that I could use my stimulous check to pay "all of the money I owe them." (which I'd overpaid!) Generous of them, huh?
