does anyone know of a central location to find the addesses bankruptcy filings need to be mailed to?
its differetn frmt he payment address and apparently very hard to find.
seems like there should be a list somewhere of the major credit card company addresses for legal matters

when I filed my bankruptcy is was very simple. I called main numbers and simply asked without giving any identifying information. If you are filing it really isnt worth their wild or expense to avoid giving you the address. The debt will be discharged in most cases...why waste manpower?
