According to the Utah Department of Commerce, Geneva Roth's license expired in September 2007 for failure to file a renewal. This means that they are unlicensed anywhere. I know I should be happy with PIF but I really would like to push for a refund now that I have this information. I'm still not decided.
Any thoughts/comments/ shouting/yelling? What do you think?

i have been dealing with them since april 2008 and would be thrilled if i have gotten a paid in full.. i gave them thousands in a one year span so i understand what you're going through :(
that said, i also would be thrilled for a paid in full (make sure you got that in writing!) i guess that you could push for it but i do not know if they will refund you. they are a tough company.
