Hi everyone.
I had previous sent letters to all the illegal pdls in my state that I had loans with. Magnum Finance sent a letter saying they will no longer be contacting me. EZpayday said they had given me a loan by mistake & then are considering my loan paid in full
Paydayloanyes & Fashcashadvance after having their ACH authorization revoked on January 5th... send two overthe counter checks to my bank. said they had verbal authorization on 1/20/09, which was a complete lie. they sent checks in the amounts of $1010 and another one for $600. luckily I didnt have any money so the bank had already returned them NSF.. now they are doing an investigation on them, since they originally had their ach revoked. Funny thing, I dont know where they came up with those amounts. One loan was for $450, the other was $300. But this is interestng from Nationwide Cash/Ambassador funding.. the sent me in email

I asked them to send me a copy of their license to do business in the state of Washington.... this is the reply they gave me for that I have received your response letters however it is too time consuming to discuss your matter through shear emails. For a full and clear and detailed understanding I need you to call into my office at your earliest convenience. I look forward to hearing from you. and

I was just ordered to advise you to call into my office however, do to your concerns the compliance manager Mr. Jimmie Blake asks that you contact him directly to discuss this matter. 1-877-711-1199 ext: 105.

Interesting huh? that they will quote Washington Law, but will Not send me a copy of a license.. by the way I looked up on the dfi & they are not licensed here under either name

Thanks so much

Well I finally had to go in and open a new bank account. I really didnt want to do that, but oh well. At least this way companies like paydayloanyes & fastcash advance, cant go in under a different name & tried to do online checks for huge amounts (even more than the original amount borrowed.)
they used the name First National on the checks, incase anyone wants to know that information.

I had sent letters to them by email & regular mail, & all of them came back.... I had fax numbers for them so I faxed them the letters,.. I guess that is when they decided to send a check.

Ok, so Im almost done with the illegal payday loan co. I have 2 loans with legal status. Cash Central & Cashnet usa
I owe Cash central $402.75 which was scheduled to have been paid on 1/26/09 and I would have been completely done with them. I called them first thing in the morning & told them not to debit my account because someone had issued 2 fraudulent checks to my account. one for $1010 & the other for $600. I found out later those were checks from fast cash who's ach had been revoked. So beware. fastcash advance and paydayloan yes, will send a check thru from a company named first national. Anyways, my bank agreed to open a new account with the old one still in a frozen status. I opened the new account with $19 bux. So Cash central calls today & says I must have a payment this month. I explained the situation to them & they said ok, well make a payment for $10. on 1/30 and then we can do the rest the next week when you get paid, but you HAVE to give me your new bank information & then you will also be placed on no new loan status.... like i care about that... I refused, & she said well you can live on less than $19 bux for a week. In state of Wa you can get plenty of gas for $9 .... I dont know where in WA she thinks you can go for a week & a 1/2 on 9 bux, but not where i am. I explained I live 35 miles from my office & she said well....... take a bus. There arent even any buses that go from where I live to where i work.
so, I said well im done argueing with you. I will pay on the 6th of Feb,.. you can take it or leave it. I dont really care & hung up
I logged on to their website & it shows now that I have a payment scheduled for tomorrow 1/30/09 in the amount of $402.75. It will be rejected by my bank Im sure, because the acct is frozen, but what a pain in the a**. At this point, im thinking that I want to send them a letter revoking any ach autorization & just indicate I will send them a MO in the amount I owe...... (they are legal in WA, & I dont need a coll. acct. for this) So any advise? Is there a letter to revoke ACH authorizaton with a legal lender?
thanks for any help, & sorry this post is so long. but these bloodsuckers are draining me dry!!

I'd contact your DFI and States Attorney General and see what they say. Wouldn't hurt to also revoke their Ach auth if you haven't already. Might not help now, since it has to be three days before it takes affect. But if they try and put it through again, once they get the NSF/Account closed notice.. they'll be voilating the law

nohiogal is correct, paying a loan back (legal or not) electronically is an option not a requirement, you have the right to revoke that ant any time, this is something lenders are well aware of, as long as you send them their payments in a timely fashion it should not affect your credit rating. Below are the laws regarding the EFT act.

Quote:

Electronic Funds Transfer Act

907. Preauthorized transfers

(a) A preauthorized electronic fund transfer from a consumer's account may be authorized by the consumer only in writing, and a copy of such authorization shall be provided to the consumer when made. A consumer may stop payment of a preauthorized electronic fund transfer by notifying the financial institution orally or in writing at any time up to three business days preceding the scheduled date of such transfer. The financial institution may require written confirmation to be provided to it within fourteen days of an oral notification if, when the oral notification is made, the consumer is advised of such requirement and the address to which such confirmation should be sent.
(b) In the case of preauthorized transfers from a consumer's account to the same person which may vary in amount, the financial institution or designated payee shall, prior to each transfer, provide reasonable advance notice to the consumer, in accordance with regulations of the Board, of the amount to be transferred and the scheduled date of the transfer.
