I did speak to the CFSA home office and they told me that CSOs are NOT required to offer an EPP, so I have a question for all of the Texas residents on here. Has anyone been able to work out arrangements with ChecknGo or Advance America WITHOUT defaulting first?

Jen

The gal at ChecknGo was very honest with me and told me what would happen if I just didn't come in when I was due. 90 days to pay before it goes to corporate, no criminal action, etc. Advance America wasn't so forthcoming. I think I'll try to pay it down until I just can't afford to and figure out what I want to do then.

Freaky, I wish they did too, but I'm coming to find the whole CSO thing just sucks period. Unfortunately, not very debtor friendly on that front. But I'll get it figured out, even if I have to do it as I go.
