Any advise in how I might send a letter or notify them that they are doing illegal business and get a refund of my overpayment?
B&L Marketing/dba Pack Management Group, LLC. Orignal Loan was for $300 with interest fee of $90 took it out 12/7/07. Have paid $2,850 in just the finance fees (never paying principal)including my last payment which they agreed as payment in full.
Loan Shop, original loan for $400 int/fee of $120 taken out 5/23/08. Have paid the $120 since then with a total of $2,280. The agreed if this $120 on the 30th would be a payment in full on the account.
Any advise?

since I have settled and not really cancelling an ACH, should I word the letter almost the same, just not mention the ACH revocation and just ask for the refund? Both companies did send me email confirmation of payment in full after the 30th withdrawel confirming no other ACH withdrawels.
Thanks! And again - you are awesome! This is a great sourse of information.

Well, since you have already settled and are just asking for a refund, yeah, I would reword it for sure, also, I wouldn't "ask" for a refund, I would "demand" one going on to explain that they are operating outside of the law by lending to residents of Arizona withOUT being licensed in the state of AZ. If they care to dispute it, then they need to cough up a license number, otherwise tell them they are busted!
