Anyone received a refund from Zip19?

Zip19 has been very quiet since receiving my demand for a refund after discovering they are illegal to lend in my state (Arizona).
I only overpaid by $298 but I would like that back...
Has anyone ever received a refund from them? Who were you in contact with at the offices?
I seem to be getting no where when sending a fax to their customer service fax #'s.

Zip19 is very illegal. They are not even in this country. It is

I searched and did not find anyone that got a refund.
