Everyone please help! I have five loans in Missouri and read through this and thought that the first thing I should do is close the account. Which I did today. Now I am terrified that I am going to go to jail for this. Please help! My loans are with ameriloan, One Click Cash, PDL, CashNetUSA and PayDay One. Help please!

I can tell you for certain that CashNetUSA and PayDay One are legal lenders, I'm not sure about PDL, so I will need to do some checking on it. Meanwhile, CLICK HERE to locate your pdl laws. Keep in mind that CashNetUSA most likely isn't operating as a payday lender, therefore they are NOT subject to the Payday loan laws and are perfectly legal in what they charge. It's important that you contact them to set up payment arrangements with them. I would suggest that you make payments via money orders through the USPS. The other two, Ameriloan and One Click Cash are NOT legal lenders anywhere in the U.S. This means you are only obligated to pay back the principal amount you borrowed from them, period! I will try to gather some information about PDL and get back with you. Hang in there, things will get better! :)

Can you tell me what PDL stands for?

Ameriloan is not licensed anywhere in the U.S.

Phone 800-362-9090

OneClickCash is unlicensed to lend to MI residents.

You are only obligated to pay back the principal amount you borrowed from an unlicensed/illegal Internet Payday Lender.
