I received a summon, Plaintiff: Midland funding llc but original debt from Citibank. I did some research for Florida SOL and found it was 4 years, is that correct?. On my credit report it stated account charged off as bad debt on 06/2005. I have to appair in court on 03/10/2009. Does the SOL works when was the last payment made or when account was closed? If the answer is by when last payment made, how do I find out when was my last payment made to citibank?

I believe SOL is when last payment was made. EVery time you make a payment, the SOL starts over again. Have you tried to call Citibank and ask them when the last payment was made? That is where I would start.
