I must be trying to mangle the SOL system idk...
I entered into a credit card agreement in Missouri. In Missouri cc accounts are considered open-ended accounts with a SOL of 5 years.
I then moved to Colorado where open-ended accounts have a 3 year SOL but credit card agreements are considered promissory notes with a SOL of 6 years.
Since I entered into an open-ended agreement in Missouri, can I say it should be considered an open-ended agreement in Colorado and use the 3yr SOL.

W/O looking it up...If I remember correctly...they (cc) can choose which state they want to consider the SOL is in. The one where it was originally taken out, or the one where the person resides. The longest, being their choice. ;)
