I have sent internet pdls a void on ACH and anything else. Notified my bank. They are working with me. I sent fax to all pdl stating number of liscense, reasons why I felt illegal in Va. (Rollovers, interest rate and lack of liscense as pdl in va) How do I find listing of CSO in va.
