I am having same problem with First Premier Charge Off / Arrow Financial . I originally paid card off it was $230 from when I was 20 . I have reciept and everything . Now Arrow Financial popped up a few years later saying Collection account . I tried to contact First Premier on matter and they said that when Arrow Financial purchases accounts they also take all records . Is that not illegal ? So with no original records besides mine , Arrow can continue to show different dates . Best option is Court I take it ?
